Jason Miller

Jason Miller went to grade school with the likes of Lars from Rancid and Gordy from The Forgotten / Lars Fredericksen and the Bastards...

he moved to Hawaii to swim for U.H. in 1992

He then joined KTUH as a DJ (later becoming promotions director) and started Hawaiian Express Records in March of 1995... Jason worked for Goldenvoice in many capacities and left town in '96 to tour the mainland with Grapefruit, The Power Pellets, The Raymonds. Jason played water polo for a california junior college and moved back to Hawaii in '98.

On January 1st, 2001 he launched the [www.808shows.com] concert calendar.

Jason was rehired by Goldenvoice in 2004 and worked for them until they closed down their Hawaii office in March of 2005. To date he has promoted over 200 shows of his own and continues to do so...
