Shnazz

Introduction
Shnazz was a rock group in the late 70s and early 80s that received considerable airplay on local stations with its cover of "I Think We're Alone Now." Headed by guitarist Vernon Sakata on lead guitar and Fritz Hasenpusch on lead vocals, the band released one full-length LP, Shnazz, in 1980 on Shadow Records. Produced by Dave Shaffer, the album featured ten songs including "I Think We're Alone Now" and the instrumental "Pignose Under Glass."
